Second place for Bob, 14" behind the for Turkey starting German Jonas Schomburg. Ahead of all South African athletes which started at the South Africa national championships, like Basson Engelbrecht, Wikus Weber or Eddie van Heerden.

9. Platz : Geglückter Saisonstart beim Afrika-Cup in Kaspstadt.
Nach einer starken Schwimmleistung (Vierter aus dem Atlantik) bildete sich eine 14-köpfige Radgruppe. Auf der 5 Km Laufstrecke fehlte es an Spritzigkeit, auf den letzten 300 m konnte Bob den Südafrikaner Engelbrecht noch auf den 10. Platz verdrängen.

Course 3000m - Coque (LUX)

Excellente prestation pour la première tentative sur 3000m avec un chrono de 8'42''91 (ratant le podium national de 2 secondes).
