Weltklasseleistung von BOB HALLER beim Triathlon World cup in New Plymouth (NZL)
Worldclass performance at the Worldcup in New Plymouth Sprint Distance
Great and positive surprise with a 9th place / 70 athletes at the start

The hard training weeks in Australia and New Zealand showed their fruits.
Thanks to a worldclass run performance (12th best run split/14'53") Bob could leave numbered Rio candidates behind him and secured the 9th place.
With his 11th place in Cozumel and now 9th in New Zealand Bob had shown again his place in the world Elite.

The first season summit did not run by wish. After an excellent swim out of the Pacific waves I integrated a 55 men leading bike group. The hilly course and the numerous break aways asked for all. Motivated but with sore legs I went for the 5km run. But the 400m climb (3x) broke my rythme and I could not call for normal performance. With 2'10" on Mario Mola I finished 45th (70 athletes at the start).

Undankbarer vierter Platz beim Africa-Cup in Troutbeck (Zimbabwe)
